How do I access my classes?

You are automatically signed up for my booking platform on Talent Hack when you enroll in a class or sign up for a membership. You can access them through your dashboard on Talent Hack. If you’re enrolled in a monthly program, you will be automatically enrolled in all of your classes for the month.

Where is my Zoom link?

Zoom links are available 2 hours prior to the start of each class. It will be automatically emailed to you, but you can also access it on your dashboard if you miss the email!

Do you have a return policy?

Classes are always available on-demand after they’re completed! If you’re in a monthly Let’s Get Elevated program, you are emailed the recording after class is over. If you’re just dropping in, you can email me karaelennon@gmail.com to ask for the recording, and I’ll gladly send it over!

Billing renews on the same day of the month that you signed up. For example, if your free trial ended on the 7th and you were billed on the 7th, you’ll be billed each 7th of the month until you cancel your membership.

I do not currently refund monthly memberships. Please reach out to me via email if you have any questions!
